Marriage Refreshment Weekend

The Bay Area Christian Church offers the Marriage Refreshment Weekend each year; this is a great time to learn how to build a spiritually strong marriage while spending time together as a couple and with other couples in a relaxed, refreshing environment (overnight in a first-class hotel). The Biblical and practical help, combined with the depth and vulnerability of the speakers who discuss relevant topics, provide an incredible chance to be refreshed in your marriage. You won’t want to miss out on this great opportunity! Normally, our Marriage Refreshment Weekend begins Friday night with a class that is designed to stimulate great conversation. We try to dismiss early in order to provide enough time for the couples to enjoy a rare overnight experience. We begin a little later the next morning so that spouses can enjoy extra sleep or a longer breakfast. Our Saturday morning class is designed to bring practical help and scriptural application before being dismissed. We encourage grabbing lunch with one or more other couples before heading home to build camaraderie and to discuss areas in which we are learning and growing.
